Inkle Weaving
The Inkle loom is a useful tool for producing strips or bands of handwoven warp faced cloth or ribbon. These narrow strips are used as belts, headbands, bag handles, or straps to tie and support things. When sewn together, the strips maybe turned into bags for gathering and carrying. These strips are used aesthetically to decorate cloth.
